Prepare Preliminary Estimates and assist the Client to come to a conclusion to finalize the initial designs using Cost Benefit Analysis.

Co-ordinate for Design and Engineering process among the Architects and all Consultants in order to verify the design is as per the requirements and within the budget.

Monitor the design process for timely completion. Conduct periodic design review meetings to avoid teething problems and better coordination.

Use of value engineering which will help to reduce the cost and construction time e.g. suggesting alternative materials or use of new technologies etc.

Define the project scope to avoid scope creep at the time of execution.

Prepare detailed estimate, project budget and cost plan to monitor the costs.

Prepare master schedule for the entire project.
